Working principle
Evaporative condenser is the main heat exchange equipment in the refrigeration system. Its principle is that the superheated high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor in the refrigeration system passes through the condensing tube in the evaporative condenser, so that the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant exchanges heat with the spray water and air outside the tube. That is, the gaseous refrigerant is gradually condensed into liquid refrigerant from top to bottom after entering the row pipe. The super wind power of the auxiliary induced draft fan makes the spray water completely evenly covered on the surface of the coil, and the water uses the wind potential to greatly improve the heat transfer effect. The spray water with rising temperature is partly turned into a gas, and the latent heat of vaporization of water is used to take away a lot of heat by the wind, the water droplets in the hot gas are intercepted by the efficient dehydrator, and the rest of the water that absorbs heat is scattered to the PVC spray sheet heat exchange layer, which is cooled by the flowing air, the temperature is reduced, enters the water tank, and then continues to circulate through the circulating pump. The water evaporating into the air is automatically replenished by the water level regulator.
The heat exchange tube adopts a variety of forms, commonly used are carbon steel hot dip zinc tube (and round tube and oval tube), aluminum alloy tube, stainless steel tube (and 314/316 round tube, wave nozzle); Among them, carbon steel hot-dip zinc type evaporative condenser is the first product to be used, and it is mainly used for high pressure gas condensation and cooling, and the applicable pressure range is 0-30mpa; Aluminum alloy evaporative condenser is a new energy-saving new generation of products suitable for ice machine refrigerant condensation, applicable pressure range in 0-5mpa; Stainless steel tube evaporative condenser is mainly used in corrosive gas cooling and condensation process in some chemical plants.
The shell of refrigerating evaporative condenser is generally sprayed with galvanized sheet, and gradually adopted aluminum plated zinc plate because of corrosion resistance. The latest use on the market is aluminum plated magnesium zinc plate, which has the characteristics of stainless steel, does not rust, looks good and is easy to process.
Operating principle
The spray water is transported by the pump to the spray pipe at the top of the evaporative condenser, and sprayed to the outer surface of the condensing tube through the nozzle to form a thin water film. The water film in the middle part absorbs heat and evaporates into steam, and the rest falls into the water collecting tank for recycling by the pump.
The axial fan forces air from the top and lower side wall to flow through the coil, and the filled and saturated hot and wet air is discharged to the surrounding atmosphere. Some water droplets contained in the hot and wet air are intercepted by the water collector to effectively control the loss of water droplets. The water vapor in the lost atmosphere is controlled by the float ball valve in the system to supplement the cooling water.
