The biggest problem in the operation of evaporative condenser is the formation of scale and dirt, and because of its working mechanism of evaporation and vaporization, it is easier to scale than other types of condenser. Therefore, the maintenance of evaporative condenser is mainly focused on how to solve the scaling problem of evaporative condenser. The working environment of evaporative condenser is outdoor, high temperature and humidity, and easy to corrosion, so the upper and lower boxes should ensure sufficient galvanized thickness. The continuous evaporation of water on the surface of the pipe is easy to scale, and scaling will greatly reduce the heat exchange performance of the evaporative condenser. Therefore, the following measures can be taken to solve the scaling problem of the evaporative condenser. In normal operation, it is necessary to keep the equipment pipeline clean, and preventive testing should be done frequently to maximize the maintenance and maintenance of evaporative condensers.

Using cantilever evaporative condenser: in the process of starting and stopping, due to the pressure difference and temperature difference in the condenser snake tube, the copper tube produces telescopic super-straight effect, because the copper material and scale expansion coefficient are very different, so the cantilever evaporative condenser has the function of automatic scaling. In the process of operation, the two-phase conversion of refrigerant in the condenser generates high-frequency vibration, so it is difficult to form a scale core, resulting in scale cannot adhere to the pipe wall. The pre-film anti-scaling treatment can effectively prevent the fouling crystals from adhering on the surface of the copper tube. A small number of continuous drainage devices are used to control the concentration ratio of calcium ions in the cooling circulating water within a certain range to effectively prevent the precipitation of scale; The precooler is set so that the surface evaporation temperature of the condenser tube is below 50℃, and the large amount of water and intensive water distributor are used to ensure that the surface of the condenser tube is always covered by water film and there is no dry point. When the surface temperature of the heat exchange coil is lower than 50 ° C, the generated scale is loose and easy to wash, and when the surface temperature is higher than 50 ° C, the generated scale is hard and difficult to remove. The water baffle is set so that no water is attached to the condensing pipe at a higher temperature, which can effectively prevent the scale of the condenser
