The principle of condenser

Refrigeration system components, belong to a type of heat exchanger, can change gas or steam into liquid, the heat in the tube, in a rapid manner, to the air near the tube. The working process of the condenser is an exothermic process, so the condenser temperature is high.
Power plants use many condensers to condense the steam from turbines. Refrigerating vapors such as ammonia and Freon are condensed by condensers in refrigeration plants. Condensers are used in the petrochemical industry to condense hydrocarbon and other chemical vapors. In the distillation process, the device that converts vapor into liquid is also called a condenser. All condensers operate by removing heat from gases or vapors

The gas is passed through a long tube (usually coiled into a solenoid), allowing heat to be lost to the surrounding air. Metals such as copper, which conduct heat well, are often used to transport steam. In order to improve the efficiency of the condenser, the heat sink with excellent heat conduction performance is often attached to the pipeline to increase the heat dissipation area to accelerate the heat dissipation, and accelerate the air convection through the fan to take away the heat.
In the circulation system of the refrigerator, the compressor inhales the low temperature and low pressure refrigerant steam from the evaporator, which is adiabically compressed by the compressor into the superheated steam of high temperature and high pressure, and then pressed into the condenser for constant pressure cooling, and releases heat to the cooling medium, and then cooled into the supercooled liquid refrigerant. The liquid refrigerant becomes the low pressure liquid refrigerant through the adiabatic throttle of the expansion valve, and evaporates and absorbs the heat in the circulating water (air) of the air conditioner in the evaporator, so as to cool the circulating water of the air conditioner to achieve the purpose of refrigeration. The outflow of the low pressure refrigerant is sucked into the compressor, and the cycle works like this.
Single-stage steam compression refrigeration system, is composed of refrigeration compressor, condenser, throttle valve and evaporator four basic components, they are connected with the pipe in turn, forming a closed system, refrigerant in the system constantly circulating flow, state changes, and heat exchange with the outside world.
