There are four major components in a refrigeration system: compressor, condenser, evaporator and throttle valve.

The condenser is a kind of heat exchanger, which can convert gas or vapor into liquid, and transfer the heat in the tube to the air near the tube in a very fast way. The working process of the condenser is an exothermic process, so the temperature of the condenser is relatively high.

4. Tube: Diameter 7mm, 7.94mm, 8mm, 9.52mm 12.7mm

6. The fin spacing is 1.3-5.3mm, which can be adjusted according to the mold

The fins and copper tubes are hydraulically expanded and leak-tested for persistent pressure to ensure tight integration and greatly enhance the heat conduction effect. The collecting pipe is made of seamless steel pipe, and the designed flow path is evenly distributed and the pressure is reduced. According to the technical quality requirements, do a water pressure test of 1.6Mpa, keep the pressure for 30 minutes without leakage.
