A brief introduction to air conditioning condenser

When household air conditioning is refrigeration, the heat exchanger (also known as heat exchanger) in the outdoor unit is called condenser, and the heat exchanger in the indoor unit is called evaporator. The process of condenser heat release, which will be high temperature and high pressure gas Freon in the outdoor heat exchange with air, into low temperature and high pressure liquid freon.
The condenser is the high pressure equipment of the system when the outdoor heat exchanger is refrigeration (the heat pump type is low pressure equipment when the heat is heated). It is installed between the compressor exhaust port and the throttle device (capillary or electronic expansion valve). The high temperature and high pressure gas (Freon) discharged from the air conditioning compressor enters the condenser and dissipates heat through copper pipe and aluminum foil. The air conditioner is equipped with an axial cooling fan, using an air-cooled type, so that the refrigerant in the process of cooling and condensation, the pressure is unchanged, the temperature is reduced, and the gas is converted to liquid.
The process of the change of refrigerant in the condenser can be regarded as an isothermal change process in theory. In fact, it has three effects. First, the air takes away the superheated part of the high temperature air conditioning refrigerant gas sent by the compressor, making it dry and saturated steam; The second is to liquefy at the same saturation temperature; Third, when the air temperature is lower than the condensation temperature, the liquefied refrigerant is further cooled to the same temperature as the surrounding air to play a cooling role.
