Flaring process flow
Preparation stage: Select the aluminum tube and fin materials that meet the requirements, and conduct pretreatment, such as cleaning, degreasing, etc., to ensure the cleanliness and dryness of the material surface.
Pre-expansion treatment: the aluminum tube is inserted into the hole of the fin and is initially fixed to ensure that the aluminum tube does not move or fall off during the expansion process.
Flaring operation: Use special flaring tools or equipment to flaring aluminum tubes. The specific methods and parameters of flaring will vary according to the design requirements of the evaporator and the material and size of the aluminum tube. In general, the flaring operation requires precise control of the size and shape of the flaring to ensure a tight fit between the aluminum tube and the fin after the expansion.
Tube expansion: After the expansion is completed, the tube expansion machine is used to expand the inner diameter of the aluminum tube so that the aluminum tube and the fin interference are expanded tightly. In the process of tube expansion, the pressure and speed of the tube expansion machine should be strictly controlled to ensure the quality of the tube expansion.
Follow-up treatment: After the expansion of the tube is completed, the necessary follow-up treatment is carried out, such as cleaning, inspection, etc., to ensure the quality and performance of the evaporator.
