A brief introduction of automobile air conditioning condenser

Open the hood of the car, the front is the condenser, followed by the water tank. Automotive condenser is generally installed in the front end of the car, in order to rely on the wind coming from the fence to cool the refrigerant in the pipeline during the process of driving.
The condenser produced by our company is a parallel flow condenser, which is composed of a collector tube, a flat tube, a fin and an upper and lower side plate.
There are reservoir cylinder, reservoir joint, inlet joint, outlet joint, left support, right support, and many flat pipe holes on the collector pipe welded by chlorine arc welding.
Flat tubes are hollow aluminum tubes with several small holes inside. The flat tube is inserted between the left header and the right header.
The fins are folded with very thin aluminum foil for better heat dissipation. After the flat tube is inserted, fill one fin in the middle of each two flat tubes.

The automobile air conditioning condenser is an essential component of the AC system that helps release the heat absorbed by the refrigerant. It is usually located at the front of the car, in front of the radiator, to allow maximum air flow for cooling. The condenser receives hot, high-pressure refrigerant gas from the compressor and cools it down by transferring the heat to the surrounding air. As the refrigerant loses heat, it turns into a liquid and flows to the expansion valve, where it converts back into a gas, cooling down the AC system. The proper functioning of the condenser is critical to ensure efficient and effective air conditioning in the car.
