What are the common condenser failures?

Leakage, blockage, poor heat dissipation, etc.
There's a leak. There's mud. There's a leak.
The failure of condenser blockage is generally not very common. In some older vehicles, because more and more impurities in the air conditioning system, impurities may accumulate at the corner of the condenser, thus forming a damping hole similar to the throttle hole tube, making the refrigerant flow.
To judge such problems, it is very simple to measure the temperature of each layer of condenser step by step according to the flow direction of the condenser; The normal condenser temperature from the upper layer to the lower layer is gradually decreased from high to low, and there should be no obvious temperature change; If we find a significant temperature change between the two layers, then there should be a blockage inside, forming a throttling.
For the cooling effect of the condenser, it is not necessarily the dirty condenser itself, it is likely to be the poor heat dissipation caused by the dirty water tank. On our common vehicles, the condenser is generally arranged in front of the water tank, and many dirty situations in the air will accumulate between the condenser and the water tank, especially in the front of the water tank, there will be a large number of flocculent blockages, affecting the heat dissipation airflow. As a result, the cooling of the condenser is poor, and the cooling effect of the air conditioning system is not good.
The heat load of air conditioning and cooling system is too large for a long time, not only the simple problem of air conditioning is not cool and water temperature is high, but also the problem of compressor pressure is too high, causing the engine cylinder cushion to pull the cylinder, at least it will lead to the electronic fan load is too large to burn the line, burn the insurance, burn the motor!
