What is the role of finned evaporator in refrigerator

1. According to the refrigeration method, the evaporator is divided into evaporative cooling types in the internal structure of the refrigerator, which can be divided into convection types and forced convection types, tube plate types, composite wind expansion types, single ridge fins and rigid coil tube types.
2. Of course, they are both types of convection. The finned coil type belongs to the forced convection type and must rely on the fan. In general, they are convective in the home. There is a lot of frost in the internal structure of the refrigerator. After a long period of time, they will be cleared.
3. If the refrigerator evaporator (forced on the flow) too much frost, it will affect the actual cooling effect, and the frost must be removed.
The finned evaporator has copper tube aluminum fins, and also has copper tube aluminum fins. The aluminum fin structure of the copper tube is to insert the cold extruded aluminum fin into the U-shaped copper tube, and then through the expansion tube production and processing, so that the fin is symmetrically in contact with the copper tube, and then the adjacent U-shaped pipe is welded and connected in series with the U-shaped copper pipe small bend.
A copper tube with an aperture of 8-12mm is commonly used as the barrel section, with an aluminum block with a wall thickness of 0.15-3nun as part of the fin, and the distance between the fins is 8-12mm. The cylindrical part of the evaporator is used for the commodity circulation of the refrigerant, and some fins are used to absorb the heat of the refrigerator. This evaporator has a high conductivity. It takes up little space and is commonly used in forced-air cooling (i.e. automatic frost-free) refrigerators.
