Welding process of refrigerator copper tube condenser

Refrigerator copper tube condenser is a common refrigeration compressor equipment, including a copper tube and many copper sheets, copper sheets and copper tubes by welding fixed. The welding process of copper pipe is as follows:

Preparation before welding: First of all, clean the surface of the copper pipe and copper sheet, and ensure that the gap between the two is uniform. Then the copper pipe and copper sheet are arranged according to the requirements, and the welding position and fixture are adjusted.

Welding method selection: There are various welding methods for copper pipe and copper sheet, which can be welded by arc welding, gas welding, TIG welding and other methods. Among them, gas welding is the most widely used welding method, its principle is to use the high temperature generated by gas combustion to melt copper tubes and copper sheets, so that they fuse with each other.

Welding operation: After selecting the appropriate welding method, specific welding operations need to be carried out. First of all, we need to spot weld some solder joints in order to stabilize the position of the copper tube and copper sheet. Then the welding wire is evenly laid between the solder joints, and the copper tube and copper sheet are gradually welded. During the welding process, the size and position of the flame need to be controlled so that it can be evenly heated to avoid problems such as burning or melting.

Post-welding treatment: After the completion of welding, the solder joint needs to be cleaned and polished to ensure that the solder joint quality is good, no cracks and porosity and other problems. A hydraulic test or high pressure test can then be carried out to inspect the welded joints to ensure that they meet the requirements for tightness and strength.

The copper tube welding process of the refrigerator copper tube condenser needs to be selected and operated according to the actual situation, and operated in strict accordance with the process standards to ensure welding quality and safety.
