The working process of the condenser of the beverage refrigerator
Leave a message
The condenser of the beverage refrigerator is an important part for heat dissipation, and its working process mainly includes refrigeration cycle, condensation, evaporation and heat dissipation steps. The following is an overview of the working process of the beverage refrigerator condenser:
Refrigeration cycle: The refrigerant circulation system is installed inside the refrigerator, and the low-temperature and low-pressure steam refrigerant is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas through the compressor, and is sent to the condenser.
Condensation: high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas enters the inside of the condenser, contacts with the outside air, radiates heat and cools into high pressure liquid refrigerant.
Expansion valve: High-pressure liquid refrigerant depresses through the expansion valve and becomes low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid.
Evaporation: The refrigerant liquid after pressure reduction enters the evaporator inside the refrigerator, absorbs heat and evaporates into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant steam.
Heat dissipation: The condenser dissipates the heat released by the refrigerant through contact with the outside air, so that the refrigerant is turned back into a liquid, ready for the next cycle.
The condenser of the beverage refrigerator circulates the refrigerant between the high temperature and high pressure state and the low temperature and low pressure state through the process of compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation, so as to achieve the control and regulation of the internal temperature of the refrigerator. In the working process of the condenser, heat dissipation is a very important part. Through the heat dissipation process, the heat released by the refrigerant can be discharged from the refrigerator and the low temperature inside the refrigerator can be maintained.
