The role of lengthening copper tube in condenser

1. Transmission refrigerant

Copper tubes are a key part of the refrigeration cycle, carrying the refrigerant between the condenser, evaporator and compressor. The refrigerant circulates through these copper tubes in the system, absorbing heat from the evaporator to releasing heat from the condenser.
Through the internal flow of the copper tube, the refrigerant is able to transfer the absorbed heat to the condenser, where it is released into the external environment, thus achieving the cooling effect.

2. Conduction heat

Copper pipes have excellent thermal conductivity and can conduct heat quickly and effectively. In the condensation process, the refrigerant flows through the copper tube inside the condenser to exchange heat with the cooling medium. The high thermal conductivity of the copper tube ensures that the heat between the refrigerant and the cooling medium can be transferred quickly, thereby improving the refrigeration efficiency.
According to the experimental data, compared with steel pipe, aluminum pipe and other materials, the same length and thickness of the copper pipe its thermal conductivity is much stronger. This means that the copper tube is better able to transfer heat between the refrigerant and the cooling medium, thus accelerating the refrigeration cycle.

3. Corrosion resistance

Copper pipe has good corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of acid and alkali. In refrigeration systems, refrigerants may come into direct contact with copper pipe walls, and moisture and other chemicals may be present in the system. The strong corrosion resistance of copper ensures that the copper pipe can run stably for a long time and is not susceptible to corrosion and damage.
The oxide film of copper can stabilize the chemical properties of the copper surface and delay the corrosion of other substances. This allows copper pipes to have a long service life in refrigeration systems.

4. Under pressure

Air conditioning systems need to withstand high pressure and high temperature of refrigerants during operation. Copper pipes have high pressure and corrosion resistance to ensure that no leakage or breakage occurs under high pressure and high temperature environments. This ensures the stability and reliability of the refrigeration system.
