Processing flow of copper tube in finned evaporator
Leave a message
Material preparation:
Select high quality copper pipe as raw material to ensure that it meets the specifications, thickness and material requirements of the design.
Prepare the required fin material, which is usually aluminum or other metal with good thermal conductivity.
Copper pipe cleaning:
Before processing, the copper pipe is thoroughly cleaned to remove oil, oxides and other impurities from the surface.
Cleaning methods may include mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning, or a combination of both.
Copper pipe expansion or expansion:
According to the design requirements of the fin, the copper tube is expanded or expanded to fit the fin tightly on the copper tube.
This step requires the use of special flaring or expanding equipment to ensure that the copper tube flaring or expanding size is accurate.
Fin mounting:
The cleaned and flared or expanded copper tubes and fins are assembled.
The fins can be mechanically pressed, welded or otherwise fixed to the copper pipe.
Ensure that the contact between the fin and the copper tube is tight to improve the heat exchange efficiency.
Quality inspection:
The quality inspection of the assembled copper tube fin evaporator is carried out to check whether the fin is firm, whether there are cracks or other defects.
A pressure test may also be required to ensure that the evaporator does not leak under normal operating conditions.
Cleaning and surface treatment:
The assembled evaporator is cleaned to remove impurities such as oil and welding slag generated during assembly.
If necessary, the evaporator surface treatment, such as spraying anti-corrosion coating or other forms of protection treatment.
Packaging and storage:
The evaporator after cleaning and surface treatment is packaged to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
Mark the product model, specification and batch information for subsequent use and management.
The specific processing process may vary depending on the manufacturer, product model and application.
