The biggest difference between the parallel flow condenser and the pipe belt condenser is that the pipe belt condenser has only a flat tube that is curved in a serpentine shape from beginning to end, and the refrigerant only flows in this channel for heat exchange. Due to its long flow, the pipe belt type has a large pipeline pressure loss. And because the refrigerant is gaseous when entering the condenser, the specific volume is large, and the required diameter is large; The condenser is completely liquid when it comes out of the condenser, which is smaller than the volume and requires only a smaller path. At the same time, the pipe diameter of the ordinary pipe belt structure is the same from the beginning to the end, which is unfavorable to the full heat exchange, the space in the pipe is not fully utilized, and the exhaust pressure and compressor power consumption are increased.

The parallel flow condenser is connected by a number of flat tubes between the two collector tubes, and a few flat tubes are separated into a group. There are many pipes at the entrance, and then the number of pipes in each group is gradually reduced, so that the temperature and flow of the refrigerant in the condenser are evenly distributed, the heat transfer efficiency is improved, and the pressure loss of the refrigerant in the condensation is reduced, so that the power consumption of the compressor can be reduced. Since the heat transfer area in the pipe is fully utilized, the heat transfer of the parallel flow condenser is improved for the same upwind area.
