Micro Channel Aluminum finned Condenser production process

The production process of Micro Channel Aluminum finned Condenser is a complex and delicate process involving multiple steps and processes.

First, raw material preparation
Aluminum selection: The selection of high-quality aluminum as a base material usually requires that aluminum has good thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and machinability.
Fin material: Aluminum or aluminum strip to be used for making fins. The shape, size and spacing of fins shall be determined according to the design requirements.

Second, processing and forming
Pipe processing: Aluminum is processed into micro-channel pipes by extrusion, drawing and other processes, and the inner diameter, wall thickness and length of the pipes must meet the design requirements.
Fin processing: the aluminum strip or aluminum is processed into a predetermined shape of the fin through stamping, cutting and other processes, and the holes and convex parts on the fin need to be precisely processed to ensure heat exchange efficiency.

Three, assembly and welding
Fin and pipe assembly: The processed fin and pipe are assembled, usually by mechanically fixing the fin on the pipe to form a micro-channel aluminum fin structure.
Welding: Using the appropriate welding process (such as TIG welding, laser welding, etc.) to firmly weld the fins and pipes together to ensure the tightness and structural strength of the entire condenser.

Fourth, surface treatment
Cleaning: Clean the welded condenser to remove oil, oxide and other impurities on the surface.
Anti-corrosion treatment: According to the need for anti-corrosion treatment, such as spraying anti-corrosion paint, anodic oxidation, etc., to improve the corrosion resistance of the condenser.

Fifth. Performance testing and inspection
Performance test: The performance test of the completed condenser, including heat exchange efficiency, pressure loss, sealing and other indicators, to ensure that the product performance meets the design requirements.
Quality inspection: The appearance, size and welding quality of the condenser are comprehensively inspected to ensure the quality of the products.

Sixth. Packaging and delivery
Packaging: The condenser that has passed the inspection is packed, usually with shock-proof and moisture-proof packaging materials to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation.
Delivery: Deliver the packaged condenser to the designated place according to customer requirements.
