Inspection, disassembly, maintenance and installation of automobile air conditioning condenser
1. Common faults of condensers
When the condenser has poor heat dissipation performance, leakage or blocking fault, the refrigeration and air conditioning system will be insufficiently or not cooled. The common faults of condenser are:
(1) the condenser heat sink is dirty, blocked, deformed or damaged;
(2) The condenser pipeline connection is damaged, leakage, etc.

2. Removal of condenser
When the condenser needs to be replaced or removed for maintenance, remove it according to the following steps:
(1) Discharge refrigerant.
(2) Remove the pipeline connected with the condenser and plug the pipe mouth with cloth.
(3) Loosen the fixing bolt of the condenser and remove the condenser. Be careful not to damage the condenser heat sink when removing the condenser.

3. Inspection and maintenance of condenser
(1) Check whether the surface of the condenser heat sink is dirty, if so, brush with a soft brush. Do not use steam or high-pressure water gun to rinse, so as not to damage the condenser heat sink.
(2) Carefully check the condenser surface for lacquer removal, shape, damage and cracks. If there is damage, crack or deformation, it will affect the sealing of the condenser and the normal circulation of the internal refrigerant, and the condenser needs to be replaced.

4. Installation of condenser
Install the condenser in the reverse order to disassemble it. After installation, the condenser should be evacuated, supplemented with refrigerant and checked for leaks.
