How to prevent condenser scaling
Leave a message
We all know that condensers and chillers alike transfer heat through water as the medium, and the water evaporation in the equipment takes away a lot of heat to achieve the cooling effect, because the water quality in various regions is very different, and the cooling fan is similar to the condenser pipe is also more prone to scaling phenomenon, so in fact, the formation of scale is not conducive to heat conduction. Therefore, the cooling efficiency of the scaling pipe is greatly reduced, so it is necessary to prevent the scaling of the condenser.
1. The condenser pipeline can be treated with anti-scale treatment, such as pre-film anti-scale. After the condenser is treated, a protective film will be generated in the pipeline to prevent scale from adhering to the inside of the pipeline. This method destroys the accumulation of magazines in the water, reduces the possibility of scale occurrence, and extends the service life of the equipment.
2, when the water on the pipeline is dry, it is easy to produce scale, so we can use a large amount of water and a relatively uniform density of water spraying water distribution equipment, if the surface of the condenser pipeline is always in a state of water flow, the formation of a water film on the surface of the pipeline will not produce dry points, greatly reducing the generation of scale, in addition, you can also set up a pre-cooler, Let the temperature of the water emitted by the water distributor be below 40 degrees Celsius, and the effect of anti-scaling is good.
3, the main component of scale is calcium and magnesium ions, when the content of these two ions is below a certain value, the probability of scale production will naturally be reduced, so we can use water quality treatment equipment to control the water quality of circulating water, especially the concentration of magnesium ions, within a reasonable range of values to avoid scale production.
