Therefore, once the condenser produces scale, it should be solved in time to make the equipment run smoothly.
The cooling water used in the ultra-low temperature quick-freeze box of different manufacturers is not the same. If the cooling water of the ultra-low temperature quick-freeze box is not clean, the water quality may contain calcium, magnesium and other insoluble scale. In serious cases, the scale will be very thick and regularly deposited in the heat exchange pipe wall, cooling tower packing and system pipe network, these scale will affect the heat exchange effect. As a result, the condensation temperature of the ultra-low temperature quick-freeze box increases, which leads to the decrease of cooling capacity and the increase of power consumption of the unit.
If there is too much scale in the condenser of ultra-low temperature frozen box, the cleaning liquid can be added to the cooling water system in a certain proportion, and the cooling pump can be opened for 12~24 hours. The cleaning liquid is constantly circulating, and the sediment layer is constantly dissolved and shed by the chemical action and scour effect of the cleaning liquid. However, this method requires a large amount of cleaning liquid and the cost is relatively high.
Of course, it can also be connected with a circulating pump and pipeline between the liquid storage tank and the condenser to form a closed loop, so that the cleaning liquid is constantly circulating, 12~24 hours, so that the sediment dissolved and fell off.
If the above method is not good, the cleaning solution can be mixed in a certain proportion, added to the condenser for 5~10 hours, so that the sediment soften, dissolve, discharge the cleaning solution, wash with clean water.
Cleaning scale of ultra-low temperature quick-freeze box needs to be cleaned regularly. It is recommended to clean it once every six months in time to remove scale and ensure the smooth operation of ultra-low temperature quick-freeze box.
