Anti-scale treatment of wastewater evaporator

(2) The pre-cooler is set in the waste water evaporator and the chiller, so that the evaporation temperature of the tube surface of the waste water evaporator is below 40℃, and at the same time, the large amount of water and intensive water distributor are used to ensure that the surface of the condenser tube is always covered by water film and there is no dry point. Setting the precooler and preventing the generation of dry points have a preventive effect on the scaling problem of the evaporator and air cooler. (3) A small number of continuous drainage devices are used to control the concentration ratio of calcium ions in the cooling circulating water of the wastewater evaporator and air cooler within a certain range, effectively preventing the precipitation of scale. Reducing the content of calcium ions in the cooling water of evaporator, chiller and closed cooling tower is the best way to control the scale problem, and can solve the problem of scale prevention and scale formation in wastewater evaporator from the source.
