According to the different structure and application characteristics of commercial air conditioning evaporator, it can be divided into many types, such as shell and tube evaporator, dry evaporator and so on. Among them, the shell and tube evaporator is composed of a copper tube sleeve in a steel pipe, the refrigerant flows in the copper tube, and the steel pipe is surrounded by water or other coolant. As the refrigerant evaporates, the heat is transferred to water or coolant outside the copper pipe, causing them to absorb the heat and carry it away. The main difference of dry evaporator is that the refrigerant flows in the tube, and the carrier refrigerant flows outside the tube, although the heat transfer effect is not as good as the full liquid type, it has the advantages of the effect of the anhydrous column on the evaporation temperature and the oil return effect.

Working principle

The working principle of the commercial air conditioning evaporator is the same as the basic working principle of the evaporator, that is, the refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator, transforming from liquid to gas, thereby taking away a lot of heat and achieving the refrigeration effect. Specifically, when the refrigerant passes through the heat transfer surface of the evaporator, it absorbs the surrounding heat and rapidly evaporates, forming a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant. At the same time, the air around the evaporator is sucked into the evaporator through the ventilation equipment such as the fan, and the heat is exchanged with the refrigerant, and the low-temperature air is then sent into the room to absorb the indoor heat and discharge out of the outdoor, so as to achieve the refrigeration effect.
