The condenser system is a component of the cooling system and is a type of heat exchanger. It can convert gas or vapor into liquid, and transfer the heat in the tube to the air near the tube in a very fast way. The working process of the condenser is an exothermic process, so the temperature of the condenser is relatively high.
The finned condensers produced by our company can use fins of different specifications.
Kerui's finned condensers are constructed as staggered finned coils. The fins adopt double sine wave aluminum heat sinks, and the coil adopts high-quality copper tubes with good heat transfer.
The finned condenser adopts mechanical tube expansion after piercing, and the fins are in close contact with the copper tube without loosening after tube expansion.
After the finned condenser is finished, use nitrogen with a pressure of 2.8MPa to conduct an air tightness test to ensure that there is no leakage. The shell is stamped from high-quality steel plate, and undergoes strict chemical anti-rust treatment.
