New Batch of Electrophoretic Evaporators Ready for Shipment

A new batch of electrophoretic-coated evaporators has successfully completed production, inspection, and packaging at Xinxiang Kerui Electronics Co., Ltd. The products are now ready for customer pickup and international shipment.

As part of our regular production schedule, each evaporator undergoes a complete manufacturing process, from tube expansion and assembly to electrophoretic surface treatment. The electrophoretic coating provides uniform coverage on the coil surface, helping improve corrosion resistance and extending service life in demanding refrigeration and HVAC environments.

Quality Inspection Before Delivery

Before leaving the factory, all evaporators are subjected to a series of inspections, including:

Air leakage testing

Pressure resistance testing

Surface coating inspection

Appearance and dimensional checks

Only products that pass all inspection requirements proceed to packaging and shipment.
