Working principle of chiller condenser
Leave a message
Chiller is a kind of refrigeration equipment, widely used in air conditioning, cold storage, industrial cooling and other fields. The working principle of the chiller is to use the phase change process of the refrigerant when it flows through four components, such as the compressor, the condenser, the expansion valve and the evaporator, to achieve the cooling effect. The condenser is one of the important components in the chiller.
After entering the refrigerant from the evaporator outlet, the condenser converts the refrigerant from the vapor state to the condensate state by heat transfer, transfers the heat from the refrigerant to the cold water, and blows away the hot air or water vapor from the surface of the heat release body through the fan, so that the refrigerant evaporates and enters the compressor again for circulation flow. The main working principle of the condenser is to transfer heat between the heat medium and the refrigerant.
The design and material of the condenser mainly depend on the working conditions, including the type of cooling medium, the ambient temperature, and the cooling effect to be achieved. Therefore, the design and selection of condenser materials need to make corresponding adjustments and choices according to the specific conditions and requirements of use.
In general, the condenser of the chiller is an important part of the cooling system, and the rationality of its working principle and design scheme directly affects the refrigeration effect and service life of the entire system. Therefore, scientific and reasonable design and selection are needed in every aspect to better meet the cooling needs, but also to reduce energy waste and improve refrigeration efficiency.
