What is evaporator condenser?

Evaporators and condensers are both types of heat exchangers and heat exchange equipment.
So what is heat exchange? What about the heat exchanger? Heat exchange refers to the mutual heat transfer between fluids that require two or more temperatures of different fluids. And this mutual heat transfer device is called a heat exchanger, also called a heat exchange device.
So what does this have to do with evaporators and condensers? Both the evaporator and the condenser belong to the category of heat exchange and hot backup
The evaporator is a unit operation that uses heating to heat a solution containing different, non-volatile solutes to a boiling state, so that part of the solvent is vaporized and removed, thereby increasing the solute concentration in the solvent.
The condenser is a component of the refrigeration system and is a type of heat exchanger. It can convert gas or vapor into liquid, and transfer the heat in the tube to the air near the tube in a very fast way.
The working principle of the evaporator and the condenser is the same, and the difference is in the structural form, working form, appearance and so on.
