Troubleshooting method for air conditioner condenser

1. For common leaks in condensers:
From the surface inspection, the signs of leaks are mostly oil stains in the condenser, and the leaks between the fins are mostly cracks or blisters in the coil. It should also be mainly checked or whether there is a leak at the "U" bend welding joint of the condenser. To deal with the leak, you can repair the weld or replace it with a new part.
2. The main reasons for the blockage of the condenser:
It is common that welding droplets or welding slag melt into the nozzle during the welding process at the connection cap of the connection port to cause welding blockage. When cooling is caused, the refrigerant air flow is loud or there is no cooling or heating. The blockage of the condenser is mostly caused by foreign objects in the system. For blockage, high-pressure nitrogen can be used for blowing and dredging, or new parts can be replaced.
3. The dust on the condenser can be brushed with a brush, tap water or blown off with compressed air or nitrogen. When cleaning the indoor unit, avoid getting the electrical components and circuits damp and water. If necessary, the electrical control parts and related circuits can be removed and cleaned.
