The selection of main design parameters of evaporative condenser

1. Selection of condensation temperature and inlet wet bulb temperature
Under a certain condensing heat load, the condensing temperature of refrigerant vapor is closely related to the inlet air wet bulb temperature, and the inlet air wet bulb temperature is related to the climate conditions in different places. For this reason, according to the basic condenser standard formulated by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1982, the condensing temperature is 35°C, and the inlet air wet bulb temperature is 27°C.
2. The selection of air distribution volume refers to the ratio of air volume and cooling capacity. Air distribution volume is related to the wet bulb temperature of imported air. The higher the wet bulb temperature of imported air, the larger the air distribution is required. The evaporative condenser standard formulated by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1982 requires that the air distribution volume is less than 45.3m3/1000kJ. 3. About the selection of water distribution
Water distribution refers to the ratio of spray water and cooling capacity, water distribution should be able to ensure that all water wetting the heat exchange surface, too much water distribution will only increase the power of the pump and the loss of water flying. The evaporative condenser standard formulated by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1982 stipulates that the limit water distribution does not exceed 0.043m3/1000kJ.
