As one of the main heat exchange equipment in refrigeration, metallurgy and chemical industry, the application of air-cooled condenser is very popular. As a new type of energy saving and heat exchange equipment, air-cooled condenser has been greatly developed and widely used in recent years.
The problem of air-cooled condenser in the operation process is the formation of scale and dirt, and because of its working mechanism, it is easier to scale than other types of condenser. Therefore, for the maintenance of condenser, it is mainly focused on how to solve the scaling problem of air-cooled condenser. The working environment of the condenser is outdoor, high temperature and humidity, and easy to corrosion, so the upper and lower boxes should ensure sufficient galvanized thickness. The continuous evaporation of water on the surface of the pipe is easy to scale, and scaling will greatly reduce the heat exchange performance of the evaporative condenser. Therefore, the following measures can be taken to solve the scaling problem of the air-cooled condenser. In normal operation, it is necessary to keep the equipment pipeline clean, and preventive testing should be done frequently to achieve the maintenance and maintenance of evaporative condenser to a large extent.
The use of county arm air-cooled condenser: in the process of starting and stopping, due to the pressure difference and temperature difference in the condenser snake tube, the copper tube produces a telescopic super-straight effect. Because the copper material and scale expansion coefficient are very different, the county arm air-cooled condenser has the function of automatic scaling. In the process of operation, the two-phase conversion of refrigerant in the cooling unit generates high-frequency motion, so it is difficult to open the scaling core, resulting in scale failure to adhere to the pipe wall. Pre-film anti-scaling treatment is carried out during the manufacture of the condenser, so that the anti-fouling crystals can be effectively attached to the surface of the pipe. A small number of continuous drainage devices are used to control the concentration ratio of calcium ions in the cooling circulating water within a certain standard. Effectively prevent the precipitation of scale: set the precooler, so that the surface evaporation temperature of the condenser tube is below 50%C, the use of large amount of water, intensive water distributor, to ensure that the surface of the condenser tube is always covered by water film, no dry point. When the surface temperature of the heat exchange coil is lower than 50, the generated scale is loose and easy to wash. When the surface temperature is higher than 50C, the generated scale is hard and difficult to remove. (5) Set the water baffle, so that there is no water attached to the condensation pipe at a higher temperature, which can effectively prevent the scale of the cold cleaner.
