Production technology
First, material selection
According to the size and design requirements of the heat exchanger, the total length of the thermal conductive aluminum tube and the size of the fin are determined.
Select the appropriate length of the aluminum tube and multiple perforated fins, and ensure that the outer diameter of the aluminum tube is slightly less than the inner diameter of the hole on the fin, so as to facilitate the subsequent expansion operation.
Two, bend the pipe
The aluminum tube is initially bent, usually by bending the aluminum tube into a U shape or bending according to the specific design shape.
According to the size and shape of the heat exchanger, the necessary cutting treatment is carried out on the bent aluminum tube to ensure that its length and shape meet the design requirements.
Third, insert expansion tube
Pass the aluminum tube through the hole in the fin to ensure that the position between the fin and the aluminum tube is accurate.
The aluminum tube is expanded to make the outer diameter of the aluminum tube expand and fit tightly in the hole of the fin to form a firm connection. An appropriate gap should be maintained between the outer diameter of the expanded aluminum tube and the inner diameter of the finned hole to ensure the tightness and stability of the connection.
Four, two pipe bending
The aluminum tube with fixed fins is twice bent to process it into a shape that meets the design requirements, such as sinuous or other specific shapes.
During the bending process, the bending radius and Angle need to be controlled to ensure that the shape and performance of the evaporator meet the design requirements.
Five, pipe mouth treatment
The tube mouth of the evaporator is shrunk to make the wall thickness of the tube mouth uniform and improve the stability of the subsequent connection.
The pipe mouth after shrinking is expanded to meet the connection requirements with external pipes or equipment. The inner diameter and outer diameter of the aluminum pipe after expanding should meet the design requirements, and be rounded to ensure the tightness of the connection.
