Maintenance of copper tube fin condenser
Leave a message
The maintenance of copper tube fin condenser mainly includes the following aspects:
Cleaning: Dust and dirt accumulated on the surface of the finned tube can seriously affect its heat dissipation effect, and may even cause the system to overheat. Therefore, a soft brush or vacuum cleaner should be used regularly to remove dust and debris on the surface of the fin. During the cleaning process, special care should be taken to avoid using sharp tools or chemical cleaners, so as not to damage the surface of the fin. For the internal cleaning of the condenser, if it is a small refrigeration equipment, such as an air-cooled condenser or a water-cooled condenser, the heat pipe and fin can be cleaned with a non-corrosive cleaning agent. For the condenser used in the small water-cooled chiller, the special cleaning liquid for the heat exchanger can be used for cleaning.
Check: When maintaining the condenser, check whether the pipeline leaks, the anti-corrosion layer is damaged, and the heat sink is blocked. In particular, pay attention to check the connection and fasteners of the finned tube, loose or damaged connectors may cause the finned tube to leak or fall off during the working process, thus affecting the normal operation of the system. If necessary, replace the damaged connection in time.
Anti-corrosion: the surface anti-corrosion layer of the condenser may be damaged due to long-term use, which will affect its heat dissipation efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check whether the anti-corrosion layer is damaged and repair it. In addition, the surface of the fin can be coated with an anti-corrosion coating or the fin tube can be manufactured with a corrosion-resistant material to prevent corrosion.
Note for use: When using finned radiator, be careful not to contact with such corrosive items containing alkali or acid to avoid corrosion of machine equipment. At the same time, when selecting antifreeze, the antifreeze produced by national industry standards or regular manufacturers should be selected. In addition, the water used in the finned tube radiator must be processed correctly to allow the equipment to be used, so as to avoid the blockage of the machine equipment due to scale.
Maintenance time: Maintenance should be carried out after the machine is out of service to avoid personal injury. At the same time, use the right detergent and tools to avoid damage to the equipment. When treating cleaning wastewater, comply with environmental protection requirements to prevent residue of cleaning agent.
