Finned copper tube evaporator customization process and data

Custom data retrieval

Basic specification parameter

Evaporator size: including the length, width and height of the evaporator, these sizes will directly affect the installation and use of the evaporator environment.
Copper tube specifications: the diameter, wall thickness, material and other parameters of the copper tube, these parameters will affect the heat transfer efficiency and pressure bearing capacity of the evaporator.
Fin specifications: fin material (usually aluminum), thickness, spacing, shape, etc., fin design will directly affect the heat dissipation effect of the evaporator.

Performance requirement

Heat transfer efficiency: The customer's specific requirements for the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator will affect the design and layout of the fins and copper tubes.
Pressure capacity: The range of working pressure that the evaporator needs to withstand, which will determine the wall thickness and welding quality of the copper tube.
Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance requirements of the evaporator in the working environment, especially when the evaporator is used in a special medium or environment.

Working environment condition

Operating temperature: The temperature range that the evaporator needs to withstand during the working process, including the medium temperature and the ambient temperature.
Humidity and corrosion: The humidity and corrosion of the working environment have an important impact on the material selection and design of the evaporator.
Cleanliness requirements: If the working environment has special requirements for the cleanliness of the evaporator, such as the food industry or the pharmaceutical industry, special attention needs to be paid in the design and manufacturing process.
