Determine the installation position
According to the design requirements and the actual situation on site, determine the installation position, specifications and dimensions of the finned tube.
Fixed finned tube
According to the determined installation position, use a special tool or fixture to fix the finned tube in the predetermined position. The fixing method can be welded, bolted, etc., depending on the design requirements.
Connecting pipes
Connecting finned pipes to other pipes or equipment according to design requirements. When connecting, pay attention to the tightness and stability of the pipeline to ensure that there is no leakage.
Inspection and debugging
After the assembly is completed, check the finned tube evaporator as a whole to ensure that all parts are firmly connected and sealed. Then the debugging is carried out to test whether the performance of the evaporator meets the design requirements.
