Custom copper tube finned evaporator process
Leave a message
Customizing a copper tube finned evaporator involves several steps and considerations. Here is a basic customization process and related considerations:
Demand analysis:
Identify the use of the evaporator, such as refrigerator, air conditioner or other refrigeration equipment.
Determine the required cooling capacity, fan power and other parameters, which depend on the size of the area used.
Consider whether additional features, such as timing switches, remote controls, etc. are needed to improve ease of use.
Material preparation:
Prepare copper pipes, aluminum fins, plastic or metal air ducts, and connections to evaporation pipes, etc.
Ensure material quality meets standards and is suitable for the desired cooling effect and working environment.
Design and Manufacture:
According to the results of demand analysis, the structure of the evaporator is designed, including the shape of the evaporation tube and the layout of the fins.
Bend the copper pipe into the desired shape according to the design requirements to ensure that the inside of the pipe is smooth and avoid deformation.
Cut aluminum sheets into fins of the desired size and use a press or other tool for embossing to increase the surface area of the fins.
The fins are placed on the evaporation tube in turn and fixed firmly to ensure that there is no loosening.
Install the air duct and connect it closely with the evaporation pipe to ensure no air leakage.
Connect the connector to the end of the evaporation tube, ensuring a tight seal to prevent refrigerant leakage.
Detection and testing:
The quality inspection of the evaporator is carried out to ensure that the components are firmly connected and without leakage.
Performance test is carried out to verify whether the cooling effect of the evaporator meets the expectations.
Installation and commissioning:
Select an appropriate installation location based on the application scenario to ensure ventilation, dry, dust-free, and away from fire sources and flammable materials.
Install the evaporator and make necessary adjustments to ensure its normal operation.
Use and maintenance:
Follow the instructions in the product manual, do not arbitrarily change or disassemble the internal parts of the evaporator.
Clean and maintain the evaporator regularly to remove dust and impurities and keep the air flowing smoothly.
Regularly check whether the evaporator is firmly installed, whether the power supply is normal, and whether there is damage.
