Condenser model selection guide

At present, there are two main selection methods for condensers: one is to choose according to the heat load of the condenser, and the other is to choose according to the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system. At present, the commonly used method is mainly based on the heat load selection of condenser, and its steps are as follows:

1, determine the total heat discharge required by the system, the total heat discharge is the sum of the compressor cooling capacity and mechanical and electrical power consumption;

2, determine the design conditions, condensation temperature and wet bulb temperature;

3, according to the hot beat coefficient chart (and condensation temperature and wet bulb temperature to determine the load correction factor;

4, the total heat dissipation of the system multiplied by the heat dissipation coefficient, determine the corrected heat dissipation negative number, select the appropriate model.
