Classification of air conditioning condensers
Leave a message
Air-cooled finned condenser is cooled by air at normal temperature. According to the reason of the flow of air on the outside of the condenser coil, it can be divided into two types of air natural convection and forced convection.
Air natural convection condenser
The air convection of this condenser depends on hot pressure, no fan is set, no fan noise, simple structure, not easy to fail, but the heat transfer efficiency is low, usually with a small cooling capacity of refrigeration devices, such as household refrigerators.
Forced convection condenser
There is fan noise, but the heat transfer efficiency is high, the unit heat load is small, easy to use, does not need water, and is widely used. Household air conditioning systems use this type of condenser for heat exchange. It consists of several sets of serpentine coils, in addition to the coil with fins. An axial fan is arranged on one side of the coil group. Coil pipe with diameter of 10~ 16 small copper pipe dislocation; The rib thickness is 0.1~0.6mm, and the intersegment spacing is 1.5~4mm. This type of condenser is usually made into a rectangle or L shape.
