Advantages of evaporator cooling pipes
Leave a message
The advantages of the evaporator cooling pipe are that the structure is simple, the production is easy, and the dry consumption of the unpackaged food stored in the warehouse is less. However, the heat transfer coefficient of the exhaust pipe is low, and the operation is difficult during defrosting, which is not conducive to automation. For the ammonia direct cooling system, the seamless steel pipe is welded, and the bare tube or the wound finned tube is used; for the Freon system, the wound or sleeve type copper tube finned tube group is mostly used.
If the refrigerant in the evaporator is Freon, it is difficult for the lubricating oil dissolved in the Freon to return to the compressor. In addition, it is necessary to stop work when cleaning. The main difference between dry freon evaporators is that the refrigerant flows inside the tubes, while the carrier refrigerant flows outside the tubes.
