Working principle
Refrigerator coil condenser is an important part of refrigerator refrigeration system, and its working principle, type and function have a direct impact on the refrigeration effect of refrigerator.
After the vaporized liquid in the refrigerator enters the condenser through the pipeline, it is cooled by the condenser, so that the liquid liquefied and the heat is removed from the condenser, the low temperature liquid is circulated again and works repeatedly.
When the temperature reaches low enough, the condenser stops working, and the refrigerator is opened repeatedly when the temperature rises, the condenser starts working again.
The high-pressure refrigerant liquid in the condenser enters the evaporator through the capillary throttling and reducing pressure, and begins to evaporate and absorb heat under the low pressure condition to cool the inside of the refrigerator. The low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant gas that absorbs the heat in the box is then inhaled by the compressor to complete a refrigeration cycle.
Feature
The main function of the refrigerator condenser is to condense the high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged by the compressor into high pressure liquid refrigerant through the heat dissipation process, and take away the overheating part of the high temperature refrigerant gas sent by the compressor, so that it becomes dry saturated steam.
The refrigerator condenser naturally exchanges heat into the air by connecting a large area of the cooling plate, so that the refrigerant in the pipeline becomes smaller after cooling, and returns to the compressor through the loop pressure, thus completing the refrigeration cycle.
