Freezer aluminum fin copper tube condenser coil is a component of a freezer that is responsible for removing heat from the refrigerant gas and converting it back into a liquid. The coil is made up of a series of aluminum fins that are attached to copper tubing. The refrigerant gas flows through the copper tubing, and as it does, it releases heat. The fins help to dissipate the heat, allowing the refrigerant to return to a liquid state. The condenser coil is located on the back or underneath the freezer and is an essential part of the freezer's cooling system.
Tube
Standard tubes are 5/8", 1/2" ,5/8", 20, 1" OD, 304, 316 stainless steel, copper, titanium, hot dip galvanized steel or aluminum. Tubes are arranged inline in the direction of airflow for maximum heat transfer with minimum air side pressure drop.
Fin
Standard fin material is aluminum, copper, stainless steel, titanium. Fins are die-formed into a corrugated (waffle) configuration to encourage turbulent airflow and improve heat transfer efficiency. Fins do have varied types of space.
Frame and casing
Standard cabinet/casing material is corrosion resistant galvanized steel. We also supply aluminum, stainless steel cabinet and casing
Automatic
Welding We now do have automatic welding machine to replace the traditional manual welding. It do have lower leakage rate, better appearance and increase the service life of the units.
