Refrigerator Coil Evaporator

A refrigerator coil evaporator is a heat exchanger consisting of multiple coils arranged in parallel. In the refrigerator refrigeration system, the main function of the coil evaporator is to absorb the heat inside the refrigerator through the circulation of the refrigerant in the coil tube, so as to achieve the refrigeration effect.

The working principle of the coil evaporator is that the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant flows in the coil tube and carries out heat exchange with the external hot medium (that is, the air in the refrigerator) through the inner wall of the coil tube. During the heat exchange process, the refrigerant absorbs the heat in the refrigerator and gradually evaporates into a gas, while the temperature in the refrigerator decreases. The evaporated refrigerant gas is then inhaled by the compressor, compressed and condensed again into a liquid, and then entered the coil evaporator for circulation.

Refrigerator coil evaporator has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, strong corrosion resistance and so on. At the same time, its heat transfer efficiency is also relatively high, which can effectively reduce the temperature inside the refrigerator.
