Refrigeration Dryer Evaporator

The working principle of evaporators in refrigeration dryers is based on the physical change process of refrigerants. When the liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator, it quickly evaporates and absorbs a lot of heat under low pressure conditions, resulting in a sharp drop in the temperature inside the evaporator. At the same time, the treated air contacts with the low-temperature fin surface through the evaporator and has heat exchange, and the water vapor in the air condenses into liquid water due to the decrease in temperature and is discharged from the system. This process is continuously cycled to achieve continuous dehumidification and drying of the air.
