Description
This is an all-aluminum microchannel condenser, the core heat exchange component for refrigeration and HVAC systems, widely used in commercial refrigerated display cabinets, cooling units, air conditioners and industrial refrigeration equipment.
Built with densely arranged microchannel flat tubes and high-efficiency louvered aluminum fins, this unit delivers a far larger effective heat exchange area than traditional tube-and-fin coils. It features extremely high thermal efficiency and faster heat dissipation, ensuring more stable and powerful cooling performance for the whole system.
Made of integrated full aluminum construction, it is lightweight and compact in size. It takes up much less installation space while maintaining the same cooling capacity, and requires far less refrigerant charge to help cut long-term energy consumption and operating costs greatly.
With anti-corrosion and oxidation-resistant surface treatment, this condenser offers excellent resistance to moisture and harsh working environments. It is not easy to leak or deform, supports 24/7 continuous commercial operation and comes with an extended service life.
Optimized for low air resistance, it allows smooth and even airflow across the entire coil for uniform heat dissipation without dead spots, and maintains reliable performance even in high ambient temperatures. Precisely positioned mounting brackets and ports ensure quick, firm and hassle-free installation. It is also very easy to clean and maintain, and custom sizes and OEM/ODM specifications are fully supported to match various equipment design requirements.
Application of our product
Low-refrigerant-charge microchannel heat exchangers are the perfect high-performance upgrade for modern eco-conscious cooling systems. They are widely applied in:
Commercial refrigeration
Cake & pastry display cabinets, beverage chillers, supermarket open showcases, cold storage cabinets, reach-in freezersand grab-and-go retail fridges
HVAC & air conditioning
Residential central air conditioners, rooftop AC units, commercial building HVAC systems and heat pump equipment
Light commercial equipment
Cafe & bakery cooling units, convenience store refrigerators, small cold room systems
Mobile & special cooling
Vehicle air conditioning, transport refrigeration units for trucks and vans
Thanks to their far lower refrigerant requirement, these exchangers greatly reduce environmental impact while boosting energy efficiency. They are ideal for regions with strict F-Gas regulations, low-GWP refrigerant standards, and businesses aiming to cut operating costs and meet green manufacturing compliance. Their compact, lightweight build also makes them the top choice for new energy-saving equipment design and OEM customized cooling projects.
Microchannel Heat Exchangers: Redefining Efficiency in HVAC, Refrigeration & AC Systems
Microchannel coils are here to stay. Their use is rapidly spreading to a variety of HVAC applications. Microchannel heat exchangers are stronger, lighter, offer higher heat transfer compared to other types of air-to-refrigerant coils. They are smaller in size and also in internal volume, resulting in a refrigerant charge that is significantly reduced.

What are the benefits of MCHE?
Higher heat exchange efficiency
Reduced channel dimensions yield higher refrigerant flow velocity in every flow path. Higher velocity enhances convective heat transfer, and promotes consistent temperature across the full coil face.
On the air side, thinner fins and narrowed fin spacing increase heat flux output. Overall, the configuration delivers improved thermal performance for the same frontal area.
Lower refrigerant charge
The compact internal geometry of microchannel circuitry minimizes overall system internal volume, resulting in a dramatic reduction of total refrigerant charge for the condenser.
Compared with traditional coil designs, typical reductions are measured in tens of percent, with some configurations achieving refrigerant savings of 30% to 40%. This delivers inherent benefits in terms of lower cost and reduced environmental hazard.
Compact and space saving structure
With microchannel coil technology, equivalent heat load capacity can be realized in a more compact form factor.
This brings notable layout benefits for rooftop equipment and space-restricted plant rooms, enabling reduced ducting length, downsized framing, or increased module count within the same available space. Microchannel condensers are also widely specified to cut cabinet depth and minimize total installation volume.
