Structure and characteristics

Structural composition

Finned copper tube evaporator is usually composed of copper tube and fin, in which the copper tube as the main heat transfer component, fin by enhancing the surface area to improve the heat transfer efficiency. Most of the fins are hydrophilic aluminum foil or copper foil, and the copper tube is connected by mechanical expansion process to ensure heat transfer performance.

Pipe diameter selection

Finned copper tube evaporator according to the size of the system, evaporation temperature and other factors to choose different pipe diameter of copper tube. Under normal circumstances, when the system is large or the evaporation temperature is low, the diameter of 16 copper pipe is used, and the system is small, and the diameter of 9.52 copper pipe is used. In addition, there are 12.7 copper pipe specifications to choose from.
