Working Principle of Evaporator-Heat Absorbing Side
This diagram shows the core refrigeration cycle, where condenser and evaporator work together to achieve continuous cooling for cold storage, freezers and commercial refrigeration equipment.
Compression & Heat Discharge (Condenser Role)
The compressor turns low-pressure refrigerant vapor into high-temperature, high-pressure gas. This hot gas flows into the condenser, where it releases heat to the air (Heat out) and condenses into high-pressure liquid, discharging system heat for stable cooling.
Throttling & Pressure Reduction
The high-pressure liquid passes through the throttle valve, sharply dropping in pressure and temperature to become low-temperature, low-pressure mist refrigerant.
Evaporation & Heat Absorption (Evaporator)
The mist refrigerant enters the evaporator coil, absorbs heat from the cold room (Heat in), evaporates back into low-pressure gas, and cools the space. The gas returns to the compressor to repeat the cycle.
