Refrigerator Multi-layer Wire Tube Condenser

The refrigeration tube is the core part of the condenser, and the cooling effect is achieved through the circulation of the refrigerant. The refrigeration tubes in the multilayer wire tube condenser are usually arranged in multiple layers to increase the heat dissipation area and improve the refrigeration efficiency. The main material of the refrigeration tube is copper or aluminum tube, the inner diameter is usually between 0.5-1.2 mm, the wall thickness is 0.3-0.7 mm, and the length depends on the refrigerator model and refrigeration needs.

The heat sink is a cooling component in the condenser that dissipates the heat of the refrigerant through the flow of outside air. The heat sinks of multi-layer wire tube condensers are usually closely arranged around the cooling tubes to form a multi-layer heat dissipation structure. The heat sink is generally made of aluminum plate, and the shape is changeable, such as fins, ripples or grids, to increase the heat dissipation area and heat dissipation effect.

The import and export pipe is the channel of refrigerant flow in the condenser, whose function is to introduce the refrigerant into the condenser, and discharge the refrigerant from the condenser after the heat dissipation of the heat sink. The inlet and outlet pipes of multilayer wire tube condensers are usually located at both ends of the condenser for easy connection with other parts of the refrigeration system.

The inner and outer cover is the protective shell of the condenser, which is mainly made of plastic or metal material. The inner cover plays the role of fixing the cooling tube and heat sink, and the outer cover plays the role of protection and aesthetics.
